Menjadi penghubung utama antara pelanggan dan perusahaan terkait informasi produk, layanan, dan purna jual
Menangani pertanyaan, keluhan, dan masukan pelanggan secara profesional dan solutif
Melakukan follow-up kepada pelanggan terkait kepuasan layanan penjualan dan servis
Mengelola database pelanggan serta memastikan data selalu akurat dan terbarui
Mendukung kegiatan customer experience, event showroom, dan program loyalitas pelanggan
Berkoordinasi dengan tim sales, service, dan pihak terkait untuk memastikan kebutuhan pelanggan terpenuhi
Menyusun laporan kepuasan pelanggan dan rekomendasi perbaikan layanan
