• Develop segmentation-focus strategy which translate to loyalty campaign execution across various promotional platform.
• Prepare marketing campaign initiatives (via web, apps, email or offline) with attractive offers and appealing messages to increase brand attachment.
• Responsible to manage & analyze CRM database and generate the suitable strategy based on the analysis.
• Create personalized communication to segmented customer/member, via multiple channel such as digital communication until personalized email.
• Actively seek opportunities with external parties for loyalty campaign collaboration
• Create post-campaign evaluation & analysis to identify campaign effectiveness and future improvement for long term strategy.
• Bachelor Degree educational background from Reputable University.
• Minimum 3 Years in marketing focusing on CRM, Loyalty and Membership Management.
• Good understanding of utilization of CRM Data to create targeted strategy.
• Experienced on designing multichannel strategies across all digital platform (Web, Mobile Apps & Email).
• Working experience in retail or e-commerce industry is preferred.
• Analytical, detail oriented, team player and creative personality .
• Proficient in both written & oral English.
• Thrive in fast-paced environment where flexibility & adaptability is key.
