1 . Menjawab pertanyaan dan keluhan pelanggan melalui chat dan telfon

2 . Mencatat dan mengelompokkan pertanyaan/keluhan pelanggan untuk analisis CRM.

3 . Memberikan solusi yang cepat dan tepat terkait permasalahan pelanggan

4 . Menjaga hubungan baik dengan loyal customer

5 . Mengingatkan pelanggan tentang promo atau event tertentu.

6 . Menindaklanjuti pembelian

7 . Menginput dan memperbarui data pelanggan berdasarkan interaksi.

8 . Melaporkan isu berulang kepada Leader CRM untuk improvement.
