Customer Success Specialist – Analyst [English Speaker]
📍 Location: WFO, Jakarta, Indonesia.

We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist – Analyst to support customer operations for a global petrochemical business. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in customer operations, order management, billing, or supply chain processes who thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process customer orders, amendments, cancellations, and rush orders accurately and on time.
2. Manage customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, billing, and documentation.
3. Support billing, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and Letter of Credit (LC) activities.
4. Maintain customer master data and pricing information in SAP.
5. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Tax, and Compliance teams as required.
6. Support customer feedback tracking and month-end operational activities.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs, and internal controls.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
2. 1–3 years of experience in Customer Operations, Order Management, Billing, Supply Chain, or Customer Service.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
4. Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is highly preferred (SAP FI / SAP P94 is an advantage).
5. Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
6. High accuracy in transactional work and documentation.
7. Proactive approach to issue escalation and customer support.
