Job description for Customer Experience at PT Jaringan VNT Indonesia

Join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist and help us deliver top-notch interactions across various channels and touchpoints.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze customer experiences across online and offline platforms.
  • Conduct research to identify and profile customer segments.
  • Proactively address customer needs to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and update the customer database for accuracy and relevance.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys.
  • Develop and execute action plans based on customer insights.


Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer experience or related roles.
  • Previous experience in the Telco or ISP industry is an advantage.
  • Experience working with hospitality clients/industry is a plus.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with exceptional communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage customer interactions across various platforms effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect and build relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
