Schoters is hiring for Customer Expereince Specialist with remote working arrangement

Working Arrangement : Hybrid - Shifting

Jobdesc:

* Provide assistance and information on product features.

* Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.

* Helps customers with their questions and addresses issues regarding products or services.

Requirements:

* Bachelor or Diploma Degree (all major).

* Able to work under pressure.

* Required Skill(s): communication skills.

* Preferably have previous experience as Customer Service

*Have your own device (laptop)
