Job Descriptions
- Provide excellent customer support by handling inquiries, complaints, and service requests across multiple channels.
- Support merchant onboarding and assist the Account Management in maintaining merchant relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer and merchant issues efficiently.
- Gather customer and merchant feedback to improve service quality and overall experience.
- Ensure a smooth, responsive, and positive experience for both customers and merchant partners.
