Job description for Customer Experience Specialist at Kulina
- Bachelor’s degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills for both team and customer interaction.
- Strong passion for food and technology.
- Availability to support business in shifts, compliant with local labor laws.
- Digital fluency (G-Suite, Social Media, Professional Communication Tools) with basic understanding of online commerce.
- Curious, self-driven, lifelong learner with high initiative.
- Reliable team player comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience in communicating with customers through email, live chat and phone.
- Easily connect with people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
- Analytical and effective problem-solving skills.
- Able to work from home without any technical issues or other complications.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
- Learn and understand product knowledge.
- Provide any information that customer needed.
- Solve customer’s problem & inquiry.
- Build a good relationship with Kulina’s users: Seller and Buyer.
- Handle customer feedback, inquiries, complaints, and requests that come through the company's various communication channels.
- Daily food delivery monitoring.
- Respond to internal and external customer escalations quickly, proficiently and professionally while meeting specific quality expectations.
- Learn and understand product knowledge.
- Create and analyze customer experience reports to achieve company goals.
