Job description for Customer Experience Specialist at Kulina

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  2. At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  3. Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills for both team and customer interaction.
  4. Strong passion for food and technology.
  5. Availability to support business in shifts, compliant with local labor laws.
  6. Digital fluency (G-Suite, Social Media, Professional Communication Tools) with basic understanding of online commerce.
  7. Curious, self-driven, lifelong learner with high initiative.
  8. Reliable team player comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
  9. Experience in communicating with customers through email, live chat and phone.
  10. Easily connect with people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
  11. Analytical and effective problem-solving skills.
  12. Able to work from home without any technical issues or other complications.
  13. Fluency in English is a plus.

Job Description:
  1. Learn and understand product knowledge.
  2. Provide any information that customer needed.
  3. Solve customer’s problem & inquiry.
  4. Build a good relationship with Kulina’s users: Seller and Buyer.
  5. Handle customer feedback, inquiries, complaints, and requests that come through the company's various communication channels.
  6. Daily food delivery monitoring.
  7. Respond to internal and external customer escalations quickly, proficiently and professionally while meeting specific quality expectations.
  8. Learn and understand product knowledge.
  9. Create and analyze customer experience reports to achieve company goals.
