Job description for Customer Experience Mandarin - (Jakarta & Semarang) at PT Digital Tech Asia

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support primarily through email, live chat, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues by identifying root causes and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when necessary and follow up until resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in Mandarin and English to ensure clear understanding and support.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards when handling customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (minimum HSK 3 or HSK 4 preferred).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with email, chat platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
