Job Description:
- Melakukan penagihan kepada customer melalui telepon, chat, atau email
- Mengingatkan customer terkait kewajiban pembayaran
- Melakukan negosiasi pembayaran dan follow up hingga selesai
- Menginput hasil penagihan ke dalam sistem
- Mencapai target yang telah ditentukan
