LOWONGAN: Customer Experience (CX)

Penempatan: Graha Antero, Jakarta Barat

Sistem Kerja: Shift (Pagi, Middle, Siang, Malam), 6 hari kerja / 1 hari libur

Jobdesk:

Menangani komplain & pertanyaan customer/hub via chat
Membantu penyelesaian masalah (order, payment, delivery, dll.)
Target 50–100 chat per hari

Kualifikasi:

Pria/Wanita, max. 27 tahun
Minimal S1
Fresh graduate dipersilakan (pengalaman CS/Admin jadi nilai plus)
Komunikatif, teliti, dan terbiasa dengan target
Mampu mengoperasikan komputer & Ms. Office
Bersedia kerja shift & di hari libur

Benefit:

Gaji Rp3.300.000/bulan
Insentif hingga Rp500.000
