Melakukan daily, weekly, & monthly report untuk headcount project
Provide daily/weekly report untuk schedule accuracy, lateness & absenteism agent
Provide raw data KPI daily, weekly & monthly
Provide raw data scorecard agent monthly
Provide deck PPT untuk weekly & monthly meeting
Provide raw data sesuai dengan adhoc client
Melakukan koordinasi dengan WFM related forecasting & FTE needed

Kriteria :

Min D3
Experience as CDA/Reporting Contact Center (Min 1 Year)
Active English Skill Writing & Conversation (Value Added)
Able to Operate Ms. Excel & Google Sheet
Familiar With Kapture & Reporting by Excel
Placement : Office Yogyakarta
