Shift Schedule : 6 days a week 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
- Converting customer inquiries into confirmed paid orders
- Delivering 5 star customer service
- Increasing average order value through upselling
Concierge-Level Customer Experience and Communication
* Monitor WhatsApp and email; respond quickly, professionally, and clearly
* Assist customers with questions and help them place orders
* Personalize recommendations and suggest appropriate upgrades to enhance the experience
Order Coordination & Accuracy
* Create detailed order tickets for the fulfillment team
* Communicate special requests to Shift Supervisors and kitchen/delivery teams
* Ensure order tickets are aligned with confirmed orders
* Support smooth handover between shifts
Required Skills
- Advanced written English skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Fast typing speed
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Understands luxury customer expectations
