Responsibilities:
Assisting and attending to inquiries from clients and new leads
Manage client and internal communication
Overseeing development of new designs and sourcing for design needs
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written COMMUNICATION skills in ENGLISH
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Experience in customer service or client relations preferred.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Requirement:
A woman’s working friendly environment, max 30 years old
Diploma (D3/S1) in any field
Strong communication skills (written and verbal in English)
1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
Design skills and passion for jewelry prioritized
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with Google Drive and Google Sheets.
