- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service / Call Center.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to communicate well in English (spoken and written).
- Placement: Sunset Road, Bali.
Job Description:
- Coordinate delivery & installation schedules.
- Liaise with clients to confirm site readiness.
- Communicate with logistics and installation teams for post-sales issues.
- Follow up with clients and handle after-sales feedback.
- Manage Meta leads and ensure quick responses.
- Record client interactions in Lark.
- Support After Sales process improvements.
