PT Mitra Sukses Bersama Distribusindo is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer & Affiliate Specialist to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions while also building and maintaining relationships with affiliates, KOLs, and content creators to support our business growth.
What You’ll Do
Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely, and professional responses
- Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and other concerns
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain a positive customer experience and build good relationships with customers
- Identify recurring customer issues and provide insights for service improvement
Affiliate Management:
- Identify, onboard, and manage affiliates, KOLs, and content creators
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners
- Monitor affiliate campaign performance and support campaign optimization
- Analyze affiliate performance and prepare regular reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to support affiliate campaign objectives
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields
- Experience in Customer Service, Affiliate Marketing, KOL Management, or Digital Marketing is preferred
- Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, or similar platforms
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with good problem-solving skills
- Analytical and able to translate data into actionable insights
- Good coordination and execution skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively
