Job description
The primary role of a Curriculum Manager is to raise standards in their subject area through the wide range of strategies that are available including; securing an appropriate and effective subject curriculum, promoting the use of teaching and learning processes that will enable participant to achieve to their full potential and monitoring the program peformances and deliverables. The area of responsibility are:
- Develop a curriculum for a training and education program
- analyze course data to develop curriculum and learning platforms to achieve optimal outcomes
- Lead the development and delivery of learning projects varying in size and complexity from start to finish, ensuring that learning design meets the contractual and business requirements
- To constantly review the range of opportunities, making recommendations to ensure our programmes are aligned with learners’ needs, wider community opportunities and business requirements
- Manage and drive continuous improvement in all aspects of quality assurance across all curriculum areas
- Develop peformance analysis and evaluation tools for the learning program
Requirements :
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree from
- Minimum 3 year working experience in learning and training institution and relevant fields
- Excellent communication, design thinking, and leadership skills
- Proficient in English both Written and Spoken
- Age Max.30 years old
