Job Desc :

Merancang, melaksanakan serta mengevaluasi program CSR yang tepat sasaran dan memiliki dampak
Membangun, memelihara & memperkuat hubungan baik dengan stakeholder (Pemerintah daerah, Tokoh Masyarkat, Media dan LSM)
Mengidentifikasi potensi resiko sosial (Social Mapping) diwilayah operasional dan menyusun strategi mitigasi masalah
Membuat laporan berkala terkait implementasi Program CSR & kegiatan hubungan eksternal

Job Req :

Pendidikan Minimal S1
Memiliki SIM A
Memiliki pengalaman min 3 Tahun di posisi yang sama
Memiliki Sertifikat CSR/RIPPM sejenis lainnya lebih diutamakan
Memahami penyusunan RIPPM hingga ke report data analisa ROI
Memiliki Sertifikat POP (Pengawas Operasioanl Pertambangan) lebih disukai
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, jiwa leadership yang kuat dan mampu menjalin hubungan baik dengan internal dan eksternal Perusahaan
Bersedia ditempatkan diseluruh wilayah kerja Perusahaan
