What You’ll Do:
- Conduct research to support the development of CSR/ESG/Grant program proposals across various focus areas (main pillars: environment, education, MSMEs, and humanitarian efforts).
- Develop concepts and designs for program proposals.
- Perform field research or surveys prior to program implementation.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of CSR/Grant programs.
- Prepare detailed budgets (RAB) for each CSR/Grant program.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in NGOs, startups, or foundations, with strong understanding of CSR (especially in Environment, Education, and MSMEs), ESG principles, and SDGs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Strong analytical skills and high creativity in designing impactful social and environmental programs.
- Quick learner with a strong drive to explore and adapt to new fields or challenges.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Sales target oriented
- Willing to work on-site in Cipondoh, Tangerang.
