Job Description:
- Develop and own end-to-end program plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements for ongoing, upcoming phases, or new programs that contribute to Benik Baik’s mission related environment and sustainability.
- Monitor progress of program initiatives with stakeholders (ie. weekly cadences) to highlight plan deviations, resolve issues, and propose corrective actions to remove implementation blockers for timely launch
- Establish report and verified data of delivery to meeting regularly with BOD
- Negotiation and request for quotation revision with Vendor (if there are changes) until Establish RAB procurement from Vendors
- Support the development and presentation of internal and external reporting (for example: quarterly internal project reviews, annual reviews, and client deliverables) and ensure these outputs are fit for purpose.
Requirements
- Min. S1 Degree in any field, preferable in Environment & Sustainability
- Minimum 5-year experience in the field of Program Manager/Operation Manager/Project Management/Project Control
- Agile and dynamic, able to do multitasking and know how to make priority
- Good knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Jira, Microsoft Project & Google Suites, etc)
- Very familiar with CSR, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Environmental Social Governance (ESG)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
