Job description for CRO (Korean Speaker/act as interpreter) at PT. TABOR ANDALAN RETAILINDO
- Act as interpreter and communicator between Korean Master and Yksn Indonesia's management team and/or with Yksn Korea Rep.
- Provide information about all services in Yksn Indonesia to all clients (onsite, phone call/text)
- Support marketing programs, including promo and other activities to increase sales.
- Make appointment and ensure the treatment schedules with clients, align with Korean master and therapists availability.
- Help and assisting clients from registration until payment process.
- Make sure the room and all facilities are ready to use for treatment/services.
- Input data and create regular report of clinic operations.
