Job description for CRM (reclub) at PT. URBAN PADEL INDONESIA
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and update player data through the Reclub system
- Send invites and follow up players for sessions (coaching, games, events)
- Handle bookings and ensure all payments are completed
- Track participant status (invited, confirmed, paid, attended)
- Monitor attendance and ensure no participant is missed
- Maintain clean, accurate, and organized data in the system
- Handle daily communication with players via chat (WA) and phone
- Coordinate with coaches and operations for scheduling
- Support execution of sessions from an administrative & participant side
- Ensure all participants are properly handled end-to-end
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable working with systems / dashboards (CRM, e-commerce, admin tools, etc.)
- Strong in follow-up and not afraid to chase responses or payments
- Detail-oriented, organized, and used to handling data
- Fast response and comfortable handling chats & phone throughout the day
- Reliable and consistent in executing operational tasks
- Able to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
