CRM & Customer Retention Specialist

📍 Penempatan: Medan (WFO)

✅ Kualifikasi:

Pria/Wanita, usia maksimal 35 tahun
Pendidikan minimal D3/S1
Diutamakan berpengalaman di bidang CRM atau retention
Komunikatif, persuasif & detail
Terbiasa follow-up pelanggan via WhatsApp, Telepon atau Email
Mahir membuat laporan via Excel, Google Sheets, atau CRM Dashboard
Paham funnel: Lead → Prospect → Customer → Repeat
Menguasai tools CRM (WA Blast, Auto Reminder, Tagging, dll)
Memahami segmentasi & perilaku pelanggan

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

Mengelola database pelanggan: segmentasi, scoring, tagging
Membuat strategi komunikasi CRM berdasarkan siklus hidup pelanggan
Menjalankan program loyalitas untuk repeat order & mengurangi churn
Melakukan follow-up customer pasif atau hampir hilang
Membuat laporan performa campaign dan memberikan insight perbaikan
Bekerja sama dengan tim marketing & sales untuk menjaga customer lifecycle
