CRM Admin (Full-Time)
Location: Cakung, East Jakarta (Work from Office)
PT Omid Health Style is hiring a CRM Admin to support our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Register, update, and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
- Ensure all customer and sales data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Prepare customer databases, sales reports, and administrative documents.
- Support the Sales Team with quotations, customer records, and daily administrative tasks.
- Able to analyze sales data and recommend effective strategies to improve sales performance.
- Monitor sales activities and assist with follow-up tracking.
- Generate periodic CRM and sales performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Maintain data confidentiality and ensure proper document filing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales Administration, CRM Administration, or a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Fast and accurate data entry skills.
- Good communication and organization.
- Experience with Excel and CRM is preferred.
- Must work on-site in Cakung (Work from Office).
