Job Description
The CRM Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the effective implementation and utilization of CRM solutions. This role works closely with clients to understand their business processes, provide guidance on CRM best practices, and ensure that CRM systems support their operational and business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in selling CRM software, handle customer success, or other client-facing roles
- Experience working with CRM platforms or workflow management systems such as Monday.com, Salesforce, or similar tools is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to understand client business processes and translate them into system or workflow solutions
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding CRM-related solutions and services
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Understand clients’ business processes and work together with the solution team to propose effective CRM solutions
- Monitor client usage and adoption, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate with internal teams such as technical, implementation, and support teams to ensure successful service delivery
- Identify opportunities to expand services or improve CRM utilization for existing clients
- Stay updated on CRM trends, best practices, and related business tools
