Job description for Crew Store - F&B at DWN Corp

- Pendidikan min SMA / SMK

- Mampu bekerja secara multitasking dan team work

- Bersedia belajar dan ditempatkan di berbagai bagian: Kasir, Kitchen & Service

- Bersedia bekerja sistem shift, termasuk weekend dan hari libur

- Pengalaman kerja di restoran, khususnya resto masakan Sunda, menjadi nilai tambah

- Melayani pelanggan dengan ramah, cepat, dan sesuai standar service

- Melakukan Upselling kepada Customer

- Menangani area Kasir, Kitchen, dan Service/Waitress sesuai kebutuhan operasional

- Membantu operasional store agar berjalan efektif dan sesuai SOP

- Mengikuti prosedur operasional harian termasuk pembukaan dan penutupan gerai

- Menjalankan SOP kebersihan dan keamanan makanan (food safety & hygiene)

- Melaporkan masalah operasional kepada atasan
