Job Description
- Prepare and serve food and drinks as per recipe standards, ensuring timely service with FOH coordination.
- Monitor stock, report shortages, and maintain ingredient quality.
- Keep kitchen, bar, and storage areas clean; manage waste and ensure equipment readiness
- Perform routine checks and report any issues with kitchen and bar equipment.
- Assist with serving and promote upselling of premium or special menu items.
Qualifications
- MK or equivalent in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related fields. Fresh grads welcome!
- Minimum 1 year in an F&B kitchen/bar/Production setting. Got experience with stock management? Even better!
- Know your way around recipes and plating? Great! Plus, some barista skills are a bonus.
- Comfortable with Ms. Excel and basic admin
- Friendly, team-focused, and ready to give top-notch service with a smile (and upsell where you can).
- Sharp eye for accuracy, cleanliness, and making sure everything’s up to standard.
- Work well with FOH and BOH teams, coordinating like a pro!
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta Pusat.
