Credit Supervisor

Job Description:

As a Credit Supervisor, you will lead the credit team, develop cash loan products, and ensure effective risk management. This role involves overseeing credit operations, designing loan products, and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations to achieve a healthy loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cash loan products tailored to market needs (unsecured loan).
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with loan products.
• Review and approve loan applications and credit decisions.
• Supervise the credit team and manage daily credit operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Create and maintain regular credit reporting for regulatory compliance.
• Train and mentor credit officers to improve performance and expertise.
• Monitor loan portfolio performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit operations or product development.
• Experience with managing cash loans in financing company (preferably Consumptive P2P Lending)
• Strong understanding of cash loan product design and risk mitigation for unsecured loan.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and credit scoring.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in lending (especially POJK, APU PPT PPPSPM and UU PDP).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial analysis tools.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in credit or risk management.
• Familiarity with 5C analysis and credit evaluation frameworks.
