About the Role
You will lead credit analysis and risk management for our consumer financing products. You’ll design credit policy and underwriting criteria, monitor portfolio quality, and balance approval rate growth with asset quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, evaluate, and update credit policy and underwriting criteria for consumer financing products.
- Design and execute credit risk mitigation strategies to maintain portfolio quality.
- Analyze credit portfolio data (vintage analysis, FPD, NPL, roll rate) to optimize approval rate and reduce default risk.
- Build and maintain analytical tools and scorecards to support credit decisions.
- Ensure all credit policies and processes comply with OJK regulations on fintech lending (LPBBTI).
- Lead, coach, and develop the credit risk/analyst team.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in credit analysis/underwriting, including at least 2 years in a managerial role in consumer financing fintech, digital banking, or retail multifinance.
- Proven track record in developing credit policy, underwriting criteria, and credit risk mitigation strategies for consumer financing products.
- Experienced in analyzing credit portfolio data (vintage analysis, FPD, NPL, roll rate) to optimize approval rate.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Able to build analytical tools and scorecards.
- Solid understanding of relevant OJK regulations on fintech lending (LPBBTI).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and data-driven problem-solving skills.
