Job Description :
- Conduct credit assessment for financing applications by reviewing customer documents, validating applicant information, analyzing credit history (SLIK), and providing approval recommendations in accordance with the company's credit policy.
- Perform comprehensive verification of customer identity, income, employment, and supporting documents to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal requirements.
- Analyze both B2C and B2B customer portfolios, including financing performance, payment behavior, outstanding exposure, delinquency trends, portfolio quality, and credit risk indicators to support business decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate key portfolio performance metrics, including approval rate, application conversion, repossession rate, handover status, overdue accounts, income segmentation, credit history, referral source, and customer profile.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly management reports covering application performance, portfolio quality, collection performance, repossession analysis, approval trends, and other operational KPIs.
- Conduct portfolio analysis to identify risk trends, root causes of customer defaults, and provide recommendations to improve credit quality and portfolio performance.
- Maintain and reconcile credit data from multiple internal systems to ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity.
- Update and monitor customer financing information, including SLIK outstanding (Baki Debit), repayment status, and credit exposure.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Collection, Finance, Business Process, and Management teams to resolve application issues and improve credit processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying reporting enhancements, improving credit scoring processes, and developing analytical tools to increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Strong credit skills, including Credit Management, Credit assessment.
- Robust Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, evaluating risk, and supporting data-driven decisions.
- Effective Communication skills for clearly presenting analyses, recommendations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience in credit analysis, banking, financial services, or corporate finance is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, financial modeling, and basic reporting tools.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in sustainable mobility and impact-driven business is an advantage.
