CREDIT ANALYST MANAGER
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as a Credit Analyst Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Credit Analysis or Credit Risk
- Proven experience in leading or managing a team
- Strong understanding of credit analysis and financial statements
- Ability to assess credit risk and provide sound credit recommendations
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and target-driven
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, manage, and supervise the Credit Analyst team
- Review credit analyses and credit recommendations
- Analyze customer profiles, financial conditions, and repayment capacity
- Monitor and maintain the quality of the credit portfolio
- Prepare credit analysis reports and provide recommendations to management
- Ensure credit analysis processes comply with company SOPs, policies, and applicable regulations
