Creator Partnership and Affiliate BD Specialist

1. Strong understanding of the Indonesian TikTok ecosystem, Affiliate workflow, and local creator landscape, with proven or verifiable creator partnership experience.
2. Native or near-native Bahasa Indonesia and comfortable speaking and communicating in English for day-to-day work. Mandarin is an advantage, but not required.
3. Target-driven and consistent in handling high-volume creator outreach, follow-ups, and partnership management, with good judgment in prioritizing high-potential creators.
4. Basic analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking creator funnels, content performance, commissions, samples, and partnership progress.
5. Able to communicate collaboration terms clearly and professionally, including commission, product samples, publishing schedules, and content usage rights.
6. Able to coordinate effectively with the Warehouse team on sample distribution, Operations/E-commerce team on product links and commissions, and the Video Producer on successful creator and content patterns.
7. Strong awareness of brand safety, child-related content, and health-related claims, particularly when working with mother-and-baby, parenting, and family creators.
8. Proactive, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and growing company.

We are looking for a hands-on and target-driven Creator Partnership & Affiliate BD Specialist to build and manage partnerships with TikTok creators, affiliates, and KOLs in Indonesia. You will be responsible for identifying relevant creators, conducting high-volume outreach, managing follow-ups, and developing creator partnerships that support IPEELU’s e-commerce growth.

You will work closely with our E-commerce, Operations, Warehouse, and Video Producer teams to manage the creator partnership process from outreach and sample distribution to content publishing, product links, commission setup, and performance follow-up. You will also help identify successful creator and content patterns and support the team in scaling partnerships that generate meaningful results.

This role requires someone who is proactive, persistent, target-oriented, and comfortable with high-volume communication and follow-up. You should have a strong understanding of the Indonesian TikTok and Affiliate ecosystem, good judgment in evaluating creator potential, and the ability to communicate collaboration terms clearly and professionally.
