Job Description :
- Define content pillars and unique IP personas for agency/creator accounts
- Produce, edit and manage content to consistently daily post volume target
- Analyze video metrics and execute fast iterations on winning hooks/CTAs
- Guide creators on high-converting content techniques while platform.
Job Qualification :
- Experiencein producing/editing trend -drivrn short video (TikTok) and bulding account
- Strong Analytical skills in tracking video metrics, content iterations, and guiding creators.
