Kami mencari Creator Manager untuk membangun dan mengelola hubungan dengan creator serta meningkatkan performa penjualan melalui program TikTok Affiliate.

Tanggung Jawab & Kualifikasi:

- Mencari, merekrut, dan membangun hubungan dengan creator/affiliate potensial.

- Mengelola campaign, brief, serta monitoring konten dan performa penjualan creator.

- Memberikan arahan dan strategi konten untuk meningkatkan performa affiliate.

- Memahami TikTok, TikTok Affiliate, dan mengikuti perkembangan tren konten.

- Komunikatif, kreatif, terorganisir, dan terbiasa bekerja dengan target.

- Mampu menggunakan Google Sheets/Excel untuk reporting.

- Pengalaman 1–2 tahun; fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar.

- Memiliki database creator atau pengalaman di affiliate/e-commerce menjadi nilai tambah.
