Part 1 - Description
RevoU is the fastest growing Online School in Indonesia, supplementing graduates with the skills needed to be employable in Indonesia's digital jobs revolution. We launched at the end of 2019 but have already helped hundreds of students to accelerate their careers, with thousands more applying every month.

We are looking for a Creative Video Editor to support RevoU’s creative videos content.
As part of our early-stage creative design team, expect the role to be extremely diverse with a multitude of projects going on at any given time:
More specifically, your role at RevoU will consist in:
You will work with our senior designer and content marketing team members, to support all marketing communication campaigns for RevoU, which includes, but is not limited to:
Producing Video content for RevoU youtube channel (Check the example here & here)
Producing Video Reels/TikTok for the social media content (Participating in ideation to execution)
Part 2 - Requirements
The Perfect Candidate
#1 A keen eye for aesthetics and impeccable attention to details 👀
You have an extremely high standard for all the videos you will put out. So everything we release will have an excellent video quality!
You'll need to have strong ideation skills, video editing, and motion graphic until video shooting skills.
#2 Have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into video 🎨
We need your help translating all the stories and messages we want to convey to our audience into a video form. We need you to be a strong creative problem solver!
#3 Adobe Premiere, After Effect, and Photoshop are your best friends! 🖥️
This means you know them inside out and keep up to date with the latest updates and improvements from them.
#4 Strong Motion Graphic Skills! 🖌️
Besides video editing, our videos also require a lot of animated content. So the ability to create motion graphics is a must.
#5 Have experience in shooting online and offline shooting 🎥
Knowing how to direct talent, operate a camera and handle online shooting is a big plus!
#6 High familiarity with TikTok and reels videos! 📱
Fluency in making video content for TikTok and reels is a must because this will be related to your daily work.
#7 Passionate about education and obsessed about seeing students succeed 🎒
