- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1/D4) in Graphic Design, DKV, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong skills in graphic design, visual communication, and photo editing/retouching.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator or equivalent design software.
- Good understanding of composition, color, typography, layout, lighting, and visual aesthetics.
- Able to translate briefs into effective and engaging visual concepts.
- Creative, proactive, and takes initiative in generating ideas, identifying opportunities, and providing design solutions.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and accountable, with strong ownership of assigned tasks and quality of work.
- Able to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain a good work pace.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiar with cameras and basic photography techniques.
