PT Cahaya Poles Mulia is a leading manufacturer of polishing buffs and polishing compounds specifically designed for metal and wood surfaces. Our products are available in six different material types, suitable for various surface types and capable of delivering a range of finishes.
Over the years, we have developed specialized products and solutions to meet our customers’ metal finishing requirements while maintaining competitive pricing. Supported by our dedicated Quality Control team, we are committed to ensuring consistent product quality. We are currently seeking a talented and creative individual to join our Sister Company MamaBear as a Creative Strategist.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Creative Strategist, Brand Strategist, Content Strategist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, content strategy, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to develop creative campaign ideas and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is an advantage.
- Portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful campaign strategies will be an advantage.
Jobdesk:
- Develop creative and strategic concepts for marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Create content strategies, brand messaging, and campaign directions aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Creative, Marketing, and Content teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with the approved strategy.
- Prepare creative briefs and provide clear direction to designers, content creators, and production teams.
- Review campaign performance and recommend strategic improvements based on insights and analytics.
- Participate in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and campaign presentations when required.
- Ensure all creative outputs are consistent with the company's brand identity and marketing goals.
