Lokalize bridges high-performing media buying with conversion-oriented creative strategies to scale e-commerce brands on Shopee and TikTok. We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can turn raw product footage into high-converting assets by seamlessly blending consumer psychology, trends, and sales angles into our ad machine.
Job Description:
- Analyze client products and market trends to uncover unique, high-converting visual angles.
- Repurpose raw footage and assets from clients into compelling video/image ad creatives.
- Write punchy sales copywriting and design high-converting store banner briefs/concepts.
- Supply new creative variations weekly to combat ad fatigue and maintain high CTRs.
- Work closely with Advertisers to see which visual concepts produce the highest sales conversions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or video editing specifically for ads/e-commerce.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, or AI editing tools) and basic design (Canva/Photoshop).
- Deep understanding of social media trends, hook psychology (first 3 seconds), and consumer behavior on TikTok/Shopee.
- Ability to work fast, iterate based on ad data, and generate creative variations efficiently.
