Creative Specialist
Responsibilities:
* Develop creative ideas and concepts for social media and marketing campaigns.
* Create clear and strategic creative briefs for designers, video editors, and content creators.
* Understand the objective of each content piece, whether for awareness, engagement, consideration, or selling/conversion.
* Define creative angles, key messages, tone of voice, and storytelling based on campaign objectives.
* Conduct research on trends, audience behavior, competitors, and relevant content references.
* Collaborate with the Social Media Specialist to ensure creative concepts align with the overall strategy and target audience.
* Provide creative direction and review content before publication.
* Develop relevant and engaging content concepts aligned with the brand identity and each platform.
Requirements:
* Experience in Creative, Content, Social Media, or Digital Marketing.
* Strong creative concepting and creative briefing skills.
* Good understanding of content objectives, including awareness, engagement, and selling.
* Strong sense of visual direction, copywriting, storytelling, and digital content trends.
* Agency experience is a plus.
* Creative, communicative, and able to translate business objectives into engaging content ideas.
