Job Desc:
- Act as the main PIC / Account Executive for assigned clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships and respond quickly. No disappearing, no slow follow-up.
- Own all project timelines, deliverables, approvals, revisions, and final submissions.
- Understand the brand deeply: what they want, what they dislike, their objectives, and what “good” looks like for them.
- QC final outputs before anything is shared with the client. They should not just forward files blindly.
- Attend and supervise shoots when needed.
- Lead and present during pre-production meetings.
- Translate client feedback into clear direction for creative, production, design, and other internal teams.
- Flag problems early and come with solutions, not just updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Creative, Branding, or Marketing, preferably within the hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment industry.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in utilizing AI tools, digital platforms, and emerging technologies to support creative ideation, branding, and campaign development.
