Job description for Creative Production at CRSL
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting in developing creative concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Supporting research on market trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
- Helping translate creative strategies into execution-ready plans and materials.
- Collaborating with the marketing and creative team to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Preparing and organizing creative assets, references, and presentation materials.
- Assisting in coordinating project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Supporting the documentation and administrative process of creative projects.
- Monitoring campaign performance data and helping compile reports and insights.
- Assisting in photoshoots and content production (preparation, on-set support, and coordination with talents/venue)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, with 0–2 years of experience in a creative or content-related role.
- Basic understanding of creative production (photo/video/content) and interest in marketing campaigns.
- Familiar with basic design or content tools (e.g., Adobe, Canva, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and willing to be involved in both planning and on-ground execution (including photoshoots).
- Up-to-date with current trends in social media, content, and fashion industry is a plus.
- Must be willing to work on-site and flexible for on-set/production needs.
