Job description for Creative Production at Come Together
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Creative Production to join our team at PT Ornamen Inti Makmur (Come Together), a growing event creative management company.
This role involves overseeing the entire production lifecycle—from ideation and scripting to filming, editing, and final delivery—ensuring all content aligns with the brand’s identity and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end creative production processes, from ideation to execution.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm, conceptualize, and develop visual stories and campaign themes.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, translating these into actionable and strategic event themes.
- Create storyboards, write scripts, and develop production schedules (call sheets).
- Work closely with internal team and clients to define the event’s purpose, scope, guest profile, venue, and aesthetic requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Coordinate with external (Vendor, Freelancers, Influencers) and manage production budgets and deadlines.
- Ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications for various platforms and maintain brand consistency across all channels.
- Monitor that the concept is running as planned.
- Collect and manage a database of creative concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
1. Education: minimum Diploma's or Bachelor’s degree any major or a related field.
2. Experience: minimum 3-5 years of experience in creative industry field/film/production house

- Able to develop creative concepts and visual narratives for events.
- Strong in visual storytelling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative and innovative.
- Passion for events and creating memorable audience experience.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and teamwork.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Canva and AI will be a plus.
