Creative Operational staff

REQUIREMENTS

• Full time Monday to Friday, 08.30-17.00

• Work from Mangga Dua, North Jakarta

• Saturday & Sunday, work from anywhere to overview shipment (if any)

• Min. bachelor degree, art/ design major will be a plus point

• Must have a laptop and smartphone

• Creative, organized, critical, good at problem solving and a good team worker

• Interested in design & crafting

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily operational activities and production team

• Daily operational data input

• Design from template for daily orders

• Handling online marketplace stocks data

• Able to coordinate with other departments to ensure customers' orders and needs have been satisfied and delivered safely to customers

• Styling products and taking photo and video of the finished products

• Mastering our product knowledge

• Able to help with custom projects
