Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative marketing initiatives across both online and offline channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience interest.
- Drive ambitious organic growth in social media reach and impressions across TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop, manage, and grow multiple social media/content accounts to expand Happyfit’s reach and create new audience touchpoints.
- Plan, produce, and publish at least 30 content pieces per month, including content for product launches, campaigns, collaborations, events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute offline activations, including events, pop-ups, community activities, workshops, collaborations, and other on-ground initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, event organizers, communities, KOLs/creators, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities and activations.
- Monitor and analyze content, campaign, and activation performance, identify growth opportunities, and continuously optimize strategies to improve organic performance and audience engagement.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram, including content trends, algorithms, and audience behavior.
- Proven ability to develop creative and engaging content that aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Able to independently handle the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation and production to publishing and performance evaluation.
- Able to collaborate effectively with KOLs, influencers, creators, communities, vendors, and internal teams.
- Experience in supporting or executing offline events, activations, pop-ups, workshops, or community activities is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor reach, impressions, engagement, views, and other social media metrics.
- Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
- Passionate about fitness, sports, wellness, lifestyle, and/or active living is a plus.
