Job description for Creative Marketing Specialist at PT.Konoh International Projects
WHAT YOU WILL DO :
• Continue and grow the existing Konoh brand identity
• Create content for Instagram, social media, and other marketing channels
• Shoot and edit simple photos and videos
• Design posts, stories, reels covers, flyers, and basic marketing materials
• Bring in your own creative ideas while keeping the brand consistent
• Support product launches, campaigns, and daily content planning
• Help improve the visual quality of Konoh’s online presence
REQUIREMENTS :
• Relevant education and/or training
• Experience or strong interest in marketing, content creation, graphic design, or social media
• Able to continue an existing brand identity and improve it with your own creative style
• Able to create social media content such as photos, videos, reels, captions, and simple campaign materials
• Able to shoot basic photos and videos for products, projects, and daily brand activities
• Familiar with Canva, Adobe, CapCut & similar creative tools
• Creative, reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Good sense for visual style, layout and brand consistency
• Work language: English (main) and Bahasa Indonesia
Good to have:
• Experience with Grab, Gojek, Shopee, Tokopedia marketing
• Own camera or proper smartphone for photo and video content
