Responsibilities
- Develop social media strategies aligned with business goals and brand identity.
- Provide direction, monitor, and guide content concept creation, design, copywriting, and multimedia content production.
- Manage team tasks and workload to ensure content production meets output and timeline expectations.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and other divisions for promotional content needs.
Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or related fields.
- 1+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Strategist, Creative Lead, or similar roles.
- Skilled in social media management and content creating.
- Strong leadership, project management, monitoring, and team evaluation skills.
- Understanding of social media marketing concepts with an interest in the IT, marketing, and F&B industries.
- Own laptop for daily work
- Based in Bandung, willing to work from the office.
