Creative Lead
Level : Senior
Years of working tenure : Minimum 3 years of related experience.
Full English proficiency is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end creative for client campaigns — promotional designs, vouchers, offer and loyalty visuals, menus and price lists, social and WhatsApp broadcast assets — for F&B and lifestyle brands (skincare, healthcare, beauty), delivering first drafts within 48 hours of a brief and finals on the agreed campaign schedule.
• Be the creative mind behind YOBO’s own brand — LinkedIn posts, promotional and campaign visuals, pitch decks, event and webinar assets, and website or landing page graphics for the Indonesia and US/global (yobolabs.ai) markets, against a monthly content calendar agreed with Marketing.
• Own and maintain YOBO’s brand identity system — logo usage, colour, typography, iconography and templates — and produce company identifiers such as ID cards, lanyards, tees, merchandise and office signage, keeping every asset consistent across print and digital.
• Build and maintain YOBO’s design system and template library in Figma and Canva — brand kit, components, social and promo templates, deck masters — so Sales, Marketing and clients can self-serve on-brand materials, and review all outgoing design for quality and brand consistency before it ships.
• Run an AI-first production workflow — Figma Make and Figma AI, Claude Design, Google AI Studio (Nano Banana), Kittl, Canva Magic Studio or similar — to concept, generate and iterate variants fast; document prompts and workflows as reusable playbooks for the team, run quick creative tests with the growth marketing team, and feed learnings on which visuals convert back into the next cycle.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in key tools: Figma (including Figma Make & Figma AI), Canva (including Magic Studio / Canva AI), and Google Slides.
• Daily use of AI design tools — Claude Design, Google AI Studio (Nano Banana image models), Kittl, Figma Make, Canva AI or similar — for concepting, image generation and editing, layout drafts, mockups and slide decks, with concrete examples of how they have improved your speed or output.
• Portfolio showing promotional design, voucher or offer design, layout design and social media visuals — F&B, skincare, beauty, healthcare or lifestyle brands preferred — including at least one brand identity or visual system you built or maintained, and at least one piece produced with an AI-first workflow where you can show the process, not just the output.
• Strong visual sense for composition, typography, colour and hierarchy; able to turn a short brief (offer, audience, channel) into a finished promotional design that sells, direct AI outputs to a consistent brand standard through prompt iteration and retouching, and handle print production specs (CMYK, bleed, dielines, mockups) for merchandise and identifiers.
• Able to run multiple client and internal briefs at once, take feedback quickly, brief and review freelancers or junior designers when needed.
