Job description for Creative Lead at Glints
- Strategize, plan, execute and monitor 360 end-to-end brand and marketing campaigns, including produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
- Set brand standards and create procedures to ensure brand consistency (be the brand guardian)
- Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques, campaign and social trends
- Groom and lead regional creative teams and take ownership of end-to-end creative campaigns and output across branding, sales campaigns, social media and other marketing communications channels
- Supervise the team’s daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a creative department or agency, with solid experience in ATL, BTL, Social, web/digital, campaign & media planning
- Hands-on experience in creative process, marketing, brand design and brand development
- An intimate understanding of design, copy and web best practices/guidelines
- A strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
- Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be a creative and strategic thinker with strong leadership skills
- Preferably from tech companies or advertising/digital marketing agency
- Experience in building brand identity and guidelines
- Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models
