Job description for Creative Lead at Bocorocco Shoes

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan min. S1 Desain Komunikasi & Visual atau jurusan lainnya yang terkait Branding & Marketing.
Pengalaman min. 3 tahun bekerja sebagai Senior Graphic Designer dan 1 tahun bekerja sebagai Creative Lead/posisi lainnya yang setara.
Menguasai penggunaan Microsoft Office dan email management.
Menguasai penggunaan Adobe: adobe photoshop, adobe illustrator, adobe premier, adobe after effects, adobe in design.
Mampu menggunakan alat-alat kebutuhan untuk video dan photo shoot.
Memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai Design Principal.
Berpengalaman dan memiliki wawasan yang luas mengenai branding activity.
Memiliki daya juang yang tinggi.
Bersedia bekerja Hybrid (WFO di PIK 1, Jakarta Utara + WFA di Butik Bocorocco)

Tanggung Jawab:

Menangani kebutuhan desain yang diperlukan untuk mendukung kelancaran pelaksanaan event sales (offline) yang sudah direncanakan.
Menangani kebutuhan desain yang diperlukan dalam display retail dan material promosi sesuai dengan implementasi strategi dari Sales.
Melakukan dan me-monitoring proses pelaksanaan video & photo shoot untuk mendukung strategi implementasi campaign dari tim Branding & Marketing dan tim yang relevan, serta kebutuhan lainnya (seperti event, dll).
Melakukan proses pelaksanaan photo shoot dengan Orbitvu (alat yang digunakan untuk Foto SKU) untuk penyusunan katalog produk SKU secara berkala.
Mengevaluasi konten media sosial dan mengarahkan Graphic Designer agar dapat menghasilkan kualitas pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan standar visual & brand guideline.
Merancang dan me-maintain visual & brand guideline sesuai dengan arahan yang diberikan oleh Atasan.
