Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Performance Creative team to deliver outstanding creative work.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet client objectives, brand guidelines, and agency quality standards.
- Provide creative direction and final review for client deliverables.
- Collaborate with Creative Strategists, Accounts, and Project Leads to turn campaign strategies into impactful creative executions.
- Support creative strategy for client pitches, campaign refreshes, and growth opportunities for existing clients.
- Drive creative excellence through coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Manage team workload and resources to ensure smooth, on-time project delivery.
- Solve creative execution challenges while maintaining quality, efficiency, and team performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 2 years leading a creative team.
- Agency experience in digital marketing, advertising, or creative services is preferred.
- Experienced in managing high-volume creative production and large-scale creative teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality digital creative work.
- Strong creative judgment with a good understanding of branding, digital content, and performance marketing.
- Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across Strategy, Account, and Project functions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
